This was the ex show home which I have owned for a couple of years, and is therefore in excellent condition. As much as I love Bracklesham bay (next to the Witterings and near Chichester), it would be nice to go somewhere for a week that's a bit different this August. It's nice and quiet, but my son would probably enjoy somewhere more lively. It sleeps 4 comfortably, 5 at a pinch, and a dog (possible to walk them on the beach here all year round). It is right on the beach, although no view until you walk out of the property, due to the bank of shingle that protects it from the sea. It has a large decking/patio area and is all mod cons! We would like to swap with someone in the Devon/Cornwall area if possible, near the sea.
