Holiday Home Swapping connects static caravan and lodge owners across the UK, Ireland and Europe — so you can swap holidays (you stay in theirs, they stay in yours, nobody pays for accommodation) or let your home privately and keep every penny. The best part: whoever you deal with is a fellow owner, not a stranger.
Why it feels safer than a normal holiday let
You message each other on the site first, so you know who you're dealing with before anything's agreed. And because they own a holiday home too, they're in exactly the same shoes as you — they understand what a well-looked-after caravan means, and they'll treat yours the same way.
List your holiday home — free
Tell us about your caravan or lodge, the park it's on, and whether you'd like to swap, let it privately, or both. Add at least 5 photos (up to 10). You can start without an account and save a draft.
Browse and shortlist
Search by region, park, size or park facilities — and filter for what matters to you, like a pool, pet-friendly or by the sea. See whether each owner wants to swap, let, or both.
Message the owner & say hello
Chat on the site about dates and details. Contact details stay private until you both choose to share them, so you get to know who you're dealing with first.
Agree it between you
Swapping? Pick dates that suit you both — the same week or different ones. Letting? Agree it directly and keep 100% of the rent. Keys are usually left at park reception; our FAQs have a checklist for arrival times, passes and house rules.
