We have a 2 bedroom, Willerby Salisbury holiday home for hire, ideally situated at E15 Lily Avenue on Ladram Bay Holiday Park. It is close to the beach and main facilities opposite the smaller recreational field, with level access to the clubhouse and NEW restraunt, NEW swimming pool with steam room and sauna and shop/takeaway, yet is still far enough away from the main tourist parts of the park to offer a peaceful holiday on this award winning park. We have a large double bedroom with memory foam mattress, a second bedroom with two single beds with new mattresses, and a double sofa bed in the front room. The large, light and airy lounge has two sofas and a window seat, a dining table and four chairs, flat screen digital TV with Blu-ray player, and a gas fire. We have one bathroom with WC, sink and shower, which is accessed from either the hallway or main bedroom. The caravan is situated on a large, level, grassed plot with parking for 2 cars. Outside bench seating, patio chairs and a gas BBQ are provided. You will need to bring your own bed linen, i.e. sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers, plus towels. Duvets and pillows can be provided on request. Water and electricity are included in the booking fee, but gas is not. Gas needs to be purchased from the Park reception with a key card provided. Ladram Bay Holiday Park is for couples and families only and not suitable for all male and female groups, or for groups of teenagers. Location Ladram Bay Holiday Park is an award winning, family owned, caravan park with its own secluded beach, indoor swimming pool, amusement arcade, adventure playground, sea view restaurant, bar, shopping complex, takeaway, and launderette. Sidmouth, Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton are close by and Exeter is only 30 minutes drive away.
