Hi we are Steph & Gezz in our 50's & 60's we have a 2005 static, with 2 beds, kingsize bed with ensuite and twin bedroom. We would prefer to have couples similar to us to swap with as we would like to use the spare room for storage. We spend a lot of our time here, so we do have quite a lot of things to put away, when someone stays! We also have a pull out sofa. We do have a small clean little dog, so would have to be able to bring her with us. Our caravan is sited at the back of a smallish park, which has beautiful sunsets and stunning views over fields with sheep and cows, swans and ducks are also plentiful because of the dyke that runs between the caravan and the fields. We love our home and have spent a lot of time here, so although we have looked after it well, it has been well used, but it is very clean and tidy. We have a good sized outdoor pool and a clubhouse that serves food, there is a pub next door to the site and a large well stocked Co-op and hairdressers. There are buses into Rye and Hastings from stops near the shops.
