About Church Farm
Church Farm is a Haven holiday village in Pagham, on the West Sussex coast just west of Bognor Regis. It's a mostly level, spread-out park, and Haven says you can walk from the furthest caravans to the main facilities in around 10 to 15 minutes. The South Downs and the cathedral city of Chichester are both close enough for an easy afternoon out.
A path from the park takes you to Pagham's shingle beach; it climbs a little, and there's a ramp down onto the main stretch. Haven also points to walks around the lagoon, where there's plenty of birdlife to spot. For trains, Bognor Regis station is about four miles away and Chichester, six miles off, has connections to London, Brighton, Portsmouth and Southampton.
What's on the park
- Pools: an indoor pool with a water flume under the same roof, and an outdoor pool that Haven opens in May half-term, at weekends into early July and on most days through the summer holidays, weather permitting.
- Entertainment: shows for all ages in the Live Lounge, including the Tiger Club Show, and the FunWorks amusements arcade.
- Things to do: archery coaching, Junior Segways, a NERF training camp, bungee trampolines, den building, football sessions and ranger activities for children.
- Food and shopping: Mash and Barrel for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Cook's Fish & Chips, stone-baked pizzas from Terrace Pizza, and an on-park supermarket.
Around Bognor Regis and Chichester
Bognor Regis has its pier, promenade and long seafront, and Haven notes it has been named the sunniest place in England. Pagham Harbour nature reserve is right on the doorstep for birdwatching and quiet shoreline walks. Chichester's cathedral, shops and theatre are a short drive away, and the South Downs National Park rises just to the north for longer walks and cycle rides.
Swapping and letting at Church Farm
If you own a caravan here, you already have what makes a swap work: a holiday home on a park other owners want to visit. List it for free and you can swap weeks with owners elsewhere in the UK, Ireland and Europe, and pay nothing for the holiday. If a swap doesn't line up, you can offer a private let and keep 100% of the rent. Just check your licence agreement and the park's current rules on subletting first.
If you're looking for a stay, message the owner of any home above. You're dealing with a fellow owner who looks after their caravan, not a stranger, and there's no booking fee.
The season usually runs from around March to the end of October — check current dates with the owner or the park.

Can I swap my caravan at Church Farm for a holiday somewhere else?

Can I find a private let at Church Farm from an owner?
Some owners at Church Farm offer private lets as well as swaps. Message the owner directly to ask about dates and price. We don't take any commission.
Can you walk to the beach from Church Farm?
Yes. Haven says a path leads from the park to Pagham's shingle beach; it's a gentle uphill walk with a ramp down onto the main beach. It's a pebble beach rather than sand, so bring sturdy shoes for rock-pooling and paddling.
Are dogs allowed at Church Farm?
Haven welcomes dogs at Church Farm and mentions a dog-friendly beach and walks both on and off the park. Pagham Harbour and the shoreline make for good dog walks, though look out for seasonal restrictions on some beaches. Each owner sets their own rules for their own caravan, so check before you arrange a swap or stay.
Can I let my Church Farm caravan out privately?
Many owners do, but every park has its own rules on subletting. Check your licence agreement and the park's current rules before you advertise a private let.
