About Seal Bay
Seal Bay Resort is a large holiday resort on the seafront at Selsey, at the southern tip of the Manhood Peninsula below Chichester. It began in 1959, when Douglas Bunn opened the White Horse Caravan Park, and for years it was known as Bunn Leisure. The resort is spread over several neighbouring parks, including White Horse, West Sands and Warner Farm, linked by a free park bus.
The resort says it sits right on the shoreline, with nearly a mile of private beachfront and views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. A big sea-defence scheme using rock shipped from Norway has protected the coast here and refreshed the beach. If you're coming without a car, the resort says there's a direct bus from Chichester railway station.
What's on the park
- Pools: Oasis Bay indoors, with a 25-metre pool, a lazy river and the Mega Splash waterslide, plus The Lido outdoors with a splash pad and cabanas.
- Entertainment: cast production shows, pantos and bingo in The Bayside, the West Sands funfair, and the Waterfront Quays arcade with VR rides and simulators.
- Things to do: ten-pin bowling at the White Horse complex, indoor adventure golf and climbing in The Dockyard, archery, laser tag, soft play, a gym and a Dog Adventure Park.
- Food and shopping: Smokey's BBQ Kitchen, Café Lido, Box Fish for fish and chips, Papa John's, Millie's Cookies and NISA Local shops.
- For owners: Seal Bay says owners get eight adult and ten child Loyalty Discount Cards each season, giving free entry to park facilities, plus a letting service if they want to let their holiday home.

Swapping and letting at Seal Bay
If you own a caravan here, you already have what makes a swap work: a holiday home on a park other owners want to visit. List it for free and you can swap weeks with owners elsewhere in the UK, Ireland and Europe, and pay nothing for the holiday. If a swap doesn't line up, you can offer a private let and keep 100% of the rent. Just check your licence agreement and the park's current rules on subletting first.
If you're looking for a stay, message the owner of any home above. You're dealing with a fellow owner who looks after their caravan, not a stranger, and there's no booking fee.
Seal Bay says it runs a 10-month season from 1 March to early January, and owners can visit, but not stay overnight, while the park is closed.
