About Thurston Manor
Thurston Manor is a Verdant Parks holiday park at Innerwick in East Lothian, about five miles south of Dunbar just off the A1. It spreads across 176 acres of countryside at the foot of the Lammermuir Hills, with woodland, wildlife and a lake for fly fishing. Accommodation ranges from static caravans and lodges, some with hot tubs, to pods and touring pitches.
This is a countryside park rather than a seaside one. Verdant says Dunbar beach is about seven miles away, roughly a 13-minute drive, with Pease Bay among the other beaches nearby. Edinburgh is about 33 miles up the A1, and Berwick-upon-Tweed around 25 miles south.
